Envision.com respects the privacy of our customers and therefore we will not sell, transfer, or release any customer information to any third parties unless required to complete travel reservations. Envision.com is a registered travel agency which sells various travel services for third party companies (ie. Air Canada, Transat Holidays, etc). In order to complete travel reservations for our customers, we are required to gather certain personal information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers and payment information. This information gathered is used strictly for the processing of customer requested travel services. This personal information is kept secure by Envision.com and with the travel supplier with which the customer is making reservations.
All customer information is shared only between Envision.com and the travel supplier with which our customers are purchasing from. Under no circumstances will Envision.com sell, transfer, share or release customer personal information.
If you sign up for our email specials you will receive periodic emails outlining our specials and promotions. Should you decide that you no longer want to receive our email specials then you may unsubscribe, without question, at anytime. You may unsubscribe by simply following the instructions on the bottom of any of our email newsletter.
Security
When it comes to booking online, Envision.com understands the concerns of our customers and therefore uses the highest level of security to make sure that all your information is safe and secure. Transactions on Envision.com are done on a secure server using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption and are protected by firewalls to ensure that your orders are securely processed. Credit card information submitted over the internet using SSL encryption is scrambled into pieces, making it virtually impossible for any unauthorized third parties to access information.
Terms & Conditions
It is the responsibility of the user to read and accept the Envision.com Terms and Conditions before purchasing travel services through the Envision.com website. It is also the responsibility of the user to read the rules and regulations of the tour company or other third party in which you are purchasing travel services from by clicking tour operator rules and regulations during the booking process.
These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all users of the website. By using this website you agree solely, without modification, to the terms and conditions listed below and to the terms and conditions of the respective tour company in which you are booking your travel services. Users of the Envision.com website shall be referred to as 'the customer' in these Terms & Conditions.
Responsibility Envision Vacations, hereby known in these terms and conditions as Envision.com, has the same responsibilities as a travel agency, as such it offers the service of providing travel information and reservations, as provided by various third party suppliers, to the customer. You, the customer, must be at least 18 years of age in order to purchase travel services from Envision.com. Users of this website must agree to all of the terms and conditions listed on this page in order to use this website. Pricing & Content All prices within this website are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Airport fees, where applicable, are not included in the pricing. All prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes in pricing that may occur before, during or after a purchase, as a result of a tour operator change, are not the responsibility of Envision.com. Once a booking is complete, pricing CANNOT be adjusted. Pricing and availability on all packages and flights is not guaranteed until confirmed. Should there be a discrepancy between the price shown on the website and that of the actual tour operator selling price, the later shall prevail.
All products are subject to availability and deliverable within Canada only. All informational content, such as hotel and destination information, on this website is provided only as a guideline and may not be an exact representation. Envision.com is aware that the customer is in demand of accurate information and as a result makes every effort possible to make sure that the content within this website is up-to-date. However, due to constant changes and occasional circumstances beyond our control some of the hotel and destination information within this website may not be 100% accurate.
Envision.com makes every effort to make sure that images on this website are as close a representation as possible but cannot be held responsible for changes beyond our control. Hotel and destination images on this website are representational only and cannot be guaranteed completely accurate.
Hotel ratings within this website are the opinion of Envision.com and may be different than the hotel ratings of the various tour operators offered on the Envision.com website.
PaymentPayment for online bookings is required in full at the time of purchase. Online purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards. Airfare and vacation package purchases are 100% non-refundable. Third party credit cards bookings will only be processed after receiving written confimation from the card holder. All fraudulent purchase will be investigated and prosecuted.
Confirmation & Delivery After a purchase is made, the customer will receive an email confirming their purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the information on the confirmation email is in accordance with the travel product that they have purchased. If there is a discrepancy between the information on the email and that of what the customer booked, the customer MUST contact our office (1-800-542-1333) within 24 hours from the time of booking.
The customer may decide to have their tickets delivered to them via Xpresspost or receive them via airport pick-up. Xpresspost deliveries are applicable for an additional fee of $10.00 within B.C and Alberta, and $15.00 for the rest of Canada. If the customer chooses the airport pick-up option the tour operator will deliver the customer's tickets to the airport and the customer may pick them up on the day of departure. The customer is responsible to comply with the applicable tour operator's airport pick-up conditions.
Envision.com receives documents from the tour operator usually 2-3 weeks before departure. Once they are received by us, they will be processed and then sent to the customer via Xpresspost. The tickets will be delivered to the customer at least 1 week prior to departure. For last minute purchases (departures within 2 weeks) tickets are available on an airport pick-up option only.
DocumentationIt is the responsibility of the customer to obtain all the necessary documents, such as passports and visas, required to gain entry into the country of destination. Obtaining passports and visas may require lengthy processing times, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all required documentation is received before travel departure. IMPORTANT - Children 18 and under travelling alone or with only one parent MUST have a notorzied letter of authorization signed by the parent who is not travelling or if both parents are not travelling with the child, this note must be signed by both parents. This rule currently applies for, but is not limited to, travel to Mexico and the Dominican Republic. If you are unsure of the requirements for the country you are travelling to or for anyother documentation inquiries, please contact a Envision.com vacation specialist.
CancellationFlights and vacation package purchases departing within 45 days are 100% non-refundable. All purchases are non-changeable and non-transferable. Name spelling corrections are subject to fees determined by the tour operator that you have made your reservation with. It is highly recommended that customers purchase travel insurance in order to protect themselves against the loss of their purchase due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation of vacation packages and charter flights departing within 45 days WILL NOT be refunded. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unforseen circumstances.
InsuranceFor every sale, Envision.com offers the option to purchase travel insurance to cover the customer against any unforeseen circumstances that may occur prior to, during or after your trip. There are different types of insurance packages available and the purchase of insurance is an optional decision to the customer. Envision.com highly recommends purchasing travel insurance.
Once the customer has purchases travel through Envision.com they can decide to buy travel insurance within 48 hours (excluding medical only insurance, which may be purchased anytime up until departure). The customer can also change the type of insurance coverage they have within 48 hours of purchase. Cancellation of an insurance package purchased through Envision.com must be submitted to us within 10 days.
It is the customers responsibility to read and familiarize themselves with the travel insurance policy to understand what their purchased travel insurance covers and under what conditions. If the customer wants to make an insurance claim it is their responsibility to contact Envision.com as soon as possible. Please contact us if you require more information regarding travel insurance.
OwnershipAll the contents within this website are the property of Envision.com and/or its third party suppliers. This website is intended for personal use only and is not to be used for commercial purposes. None of the content found on this website may be reproduced, republished, displayed, distributed, modified, sold, or transferred without the written consent of Envision.com.
This website is to be used to gather information on travel-related goods and service and to make legitimate purchases and/or reservations. This website may not be used to make any false, fraudulent, or speculative purchases and/or reservations.
Jurisdiction & Legality The Envision.com website is controlled from the Envision Vacations office in Vancouver, British Columbia. All purchases on the Envision.com website are processed according to British Columbia regulations. Envision Vacations is a registered travel supplier under the BC Travel Registry. Envision.com does not divulge customer information to third parties, however, we may do so if required to by government or law enforcement authorities, court order, or to protect the rights and/or properties of Envision.com and Envision Vacations.
Third-Party SuppliersAll travel packages, airfares and hotels displayed on this website are supplied to Envision.com (Envision Vacations) by various third party suppliers (tour operators) and in turn are subject to their own Terms & Conditions. Envision.com is a seller for the third party suppliers and is in no way responsible for incidents brought upon or caused by any of the third party suppliers.
When the customer purchases travel services through Envision.com they must refer to the appropriate third party suppliers Terms & Conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to refer to the appropriate third party supplier for the Terms & Conditions that are specific to their travel services. Envision Vacations doing business as Envision.com cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature whatsoever whether to person or property that may arise from the purchase of any travel services through this website. By purchasing travel services through this website you, the customer, hereby understand and agree without modification to the terms and conditions listed above.
